The mileage comparison uses 93-octane Amoco Ultimate and 87-octane minimum-detergent E10 gasoline, EPA city/highway driving cycles and a sample of late-model sedans and SUVs. It includes fuel-economy restoration through engine cleaning. Driving, vehicle and other conditions affect results; using Ultimate does not provide economic savings. Cleaning claims use ASTM D6201 testing and require continued use. Invigorate benefits described here apply to gasoline.
