How often does the tank level update?+
The monitor samples levels periodically and normally reports daily. Check the latest report time in the app. Usage forecasts are estimates and change as your operation uses product.
Can I keep control of my delivery timing?+
Yes. Use automatic delivery, manage your own orders or request an earlier fill when you expect extra demand. The app lets you send product and service requests to our team so we can coordinate the arrangements with you.
Will it work with my existing tank?+
Contact us with your tank size, stored product, gauge type and location. We’ll check compatible monitoring options and cellular coverage with you.
Does usage history show individual pump transactions?+
No. The app shows reported tank levels, usage by date and fill history. These are tank-monitor readings, not records of individual pump transactions.
