Contact requests

When you send a message through our contact form, we use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry. The form sends your message to Medford Oil through Cloudflare. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contact us.

If you attach an invoice, quote, specification sheet or photo, it is sent through Cloudflare with your inquiry to our email inbox. The website does not publish your files or keep a separate file-storage copy. The email and attachments remain in our email system so we can respond and follow up.

Only include information needed for your request. Please cover bank details, payment card numbers and account numbers we do not need before attaching a document. Do not send Social Security numbers or passwords.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, for security checks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Phone, email and directions

Calling, emailing or opening directions may take you to your phone, email or mapping app. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Links to other websites

When you follow a link to Facebook, a mapping service or another website, that service’s privacy policy applies.
